Arcs
Like other things in life...
Surfing is an arc form (sorry about the pun). When all the parts come together, a power turn on a wave is a feeling unmatched in anything else I've ever done.
When you watch good surfing from an overhead point of view, you can gain a better sense of the force and movement that goes into a good turn on a fast wave. Here, I'm capturing the body torque, speed and flow that results in facets of color and sizable fans of spray out the back of the wave.
